① Message Deletion by Administrator

Administrators can review reported messages and other content and delete any messages determined to be inappropriate.
Once deleted, the message is removed from the chat.

② Hide a Member by Administrator

Administrators can hide a member when necessary.
Once hidden, the member is removed from the chat and their profile is no longer displayed on the TOP page.

③ Block Inappropriate Users

Administrators can block users who are determined to be inappropriate.
Once blocked, the user can no longer access the members’ content, including the chat.

④ New User Registration – Terms of Use & Privacy Policy Agreement

Before creating an account, users can review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy directly from the registration screen.
Users are required to agree to these terms by selecting the agreement checkbox before completing the registration process.

⑤ Report Inappropriate Content

Users can report inappropriate or objectionable content directly from the chat.
The report is submitted to the administrator for review and appropriate action.

⑥ Block an Abusive User

Users can report inappropriate chat messages and block the user who posted them.
By selecting “Block this user” when submitting a report, the reported user is blocked and their messages are immediately removed from the reporting user’s chat view.
The report is also submitted to the administrator for review and appropriate action.

⑦ How to Access Subscription Plans

From the TOP page, scroll to the Streamer list and select a Streamer.
On the Streamer’s profile page, tap the rightmost tab labeled “Plan” (プラン).
The available subscription plans, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black, are displayed on this page.
Each plan includes a button to proceed with the subscription purchase.

⑧ How to Access the Flagging and Blocking Features

From the TOP page, scroll to the Streamer list and choose a Streamer.
On the Streamer’s profile page, tap the “Chat” (チャット) tab and open a chat room.
Tap the report option for the message you want to report.
The “Report Chat Message” screen will appear, where the user can enter the report details.
To block the person who posted the message, tap “Block this user” (このユーザーをブロックする) and submit the report.
